- Have you joined Zem Zem’s Donor Relations Club? It’s
called the Trifecta Club. To be a member of the Trifecta
Club, you must have your life per capita tax membership, you
must have your Permanent Contributing Membership, and you
must be a 100 Million Dollar Club member. You must apply by
sending a letter to me confirming that you have satisfied
the eligibility requirements and promising to try to obtain
at least one (1) new 100 Million Dollar Club membership per
year for the next five (5) years. After receiving your
letter, I will confirm that your application has been
received and accepted. A permanent plaque has been placed on
the wall at Zem Zem to recognize all Trifecta Club Members.
- 1. One Hundred Million Dollar Club: Becoming a member of
the $100 Million Dollar Club is simple and inexpensive. You
do not need to be a Shriner to be a member of the $100
Million Dollar Club. In fact, you could sign up others with
your own pledge or donation. For example, by pledging
$10,000, you could sign up 100 of your friends and
relatives. This is the quickest way to substantially enhance
Zem Zem’s commitment to our Hospital. You can use your Will,
life insurance, retirement plan, etc., to make this pledge.
All members receive a certificate, suitable for framing.
- There are three ways to join:
- (1) Contribute $100 or more to the Shrine Hospital
Endowment Fund;
- (2) Have your Will, life insurance, or retirement plan
leave $100 or more to the Fund; or
- (3) Amend your current Will, life insurance, or
retirement plan to leave $100 or more to the Fund.
- 2. Permanent Contributing Member: $150.00 cash donation
to the Shrine Hospital Endowment Fund. This donation pays
your $5.00 annual hospital assessment, for life. All Nobles
receive a certificate, suitable for framing, and a
recognition seal for their dues card.
- 3. Life Per Capita: $450.00 cash payment to Zem Zem
Shrine Center. This payment satisfies your $15.00 annual
life per capita assessment, for life.
- Congratulations to our newest Trifecta Club member,
Noble Timothy W. Barnhart. When you see Tim, thank him for
his commitment to our mission.
